Partner Standards.
Effective October 6, 2026. Last updated October 6, 2026.
Every AIWE partner agrees to these standards when it applies, and again in the partner agreement. Breaking them ends the partnership.
011. Disclose the relationship
Tell clients you are an AIWE partner and may receive a fee or benefit.
022. Follow your professional rules
Confirm whether your profession or law society limits referral fees, and choose the client-credit option if it does.
033. Describe AIWE accurately
Use only approved descriptions and materials. Don’t promise outcomes or compliance.
044. No legal advice by implication
Don’t present the assessment or policy as legal advice.
055. Respect clients’ inboxes
No cold spam, bought lists or misleading ads using the AIWE name. Your commercial email follows Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL).
066. Protect client information
Share client details with AIWE only with the client’s permission.
077. Stay in good standing
Tell us if your licence, membership or business status changes.
